1. Petal-shaped ultra-thin design to comply with purification requirements
Petal-shaped ultra-thin light head, with the thickest part not more than 8cm, achieves excellent laminar flow effect. It is made of ABS material, and the surface is treated with environmentally powder spraying, so the light is corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and durable to use.
2. Perfect cold light effect
Using LED cold light source, it contains no ultraviolet or infrared rays in the spectrum, which brings neither heat nor radiation. The temperature rise above doctor's head and wound area is not more than 1℃.
3. Extra-long service life
The novel LED cold light source supports to the working time of 60,000 hours without changing bulbs. It’s superior to traditional halogen lights and can meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.
4. Good suspension system
Lightweigh suspension system contains balance arm, six groups of universal joints, linkage, 360ºrotary light heads, sterilized handle, fence handrail, etc. All-round design meets the demands of various heights, angles and positions during surgery.
5. Sophisticated focusing system
Manual focusing technology enables simple operations and realizes stepless focusing function. The detachable handle can be sterilized by high temperature (≤134℃).
6. Ultra-strong deep lighting
The overall design of LED light head concentrates the light beam into a high-brightness uniform light column, thereby ensuring the deep focusing effect and the high-brightness surgery lighting requirements.
7. Color temperature adjustment function
The color temperature is adjustable in six levels from 3000K to 6700K, which makes diagnosis more accurate and will not cause eye fatigue to veterinary staff after long working hours.
8. Bright and uniform lighting
The light beam emitted by LED light source is focused in the surgical area through a high-performance lens to form the light field for surgical lighting. The maximum illumination is up to 160,000 Lux. The LED brightness is controlled digitally, and the illumination of each light head is adjusted separately.
9. Low failure rate
Each LED module contains 6-8 LED lamp bulbs, and each module contains independent electronic control system, so the failure rate of light head is very low. The failure of single LED bulb will not interrupt the routine workings of surgical light.
